These two stories made me feel like I was there,it was a great read and I have read many many books of all kind. I am very glad that I read it. The was no First Aid or Blueprints Family Medicine book for example. A wonderfully accessible and often amusing account of Roy Redgrave's family and military career set in the context of a world engulfed in warfare and intrigue. I was going to send the author an email but there’s no contact point given for fans. I always thought I'd be good to come home to, a person to put things in perspective, to point out the stupidity of the pi**ing contests most men seem to find so engaging. She drew things toward her. The greatest benefit to me was that it caused me to review my own family's priorities and perhaps look at spending more time at home and less time "on the road". The editor should have worked much harder on it. Drum Roll, Please is a stunningly real story that had my eyes welling up with tears at points, laughing out loud at others, and feeling like a part of the Camp Rockaway camp the whole time. ) Cassie Jordan still feels misunderstood - especially when it comes to her older sister Binny. Great book, came before expected, is really well written, has a tome of information, is being used and used and used ;-). Highly recommenced to anyone interested in distributed applications.
